Roderick Delia, 27 of Zabbar was remanded in custody today after being accused in court with the possession of 25 packets of cocaine and heroin in circumstances which denoted they were not for his exclusive use.

Mr Delia was arrested in Zabbar two days ago.

He was also accused of possession of methadone, assaulting policemen and resisting police orders.
