Female Engineers Driving Innovation in Companies (FEPIC) is an EU-funded project that aims to increase competences of women engineering and IT students with regard to creativity, innovation and leadership.

Participants will be able to network with academics and students from Italy, the UK, Poland, Sweden, Estonia and Hungary, take part in a five-day EU-funded training workshop in Bologna in April and help to organise a half-day seminar for engineering and IT students.

The University is one of the partners participating in the project which is co-ordinated by the University of Bologna and funded under Lifelong Learning programme - Erasmus, Jean Monet.
