Grand prize at HSBC Malta Property Expo

Apart from seeing most of what is going on in Malta's real estate market, visitors to the upcoming HSBC Malta Property Expo can drive away in their very own brand new BMW X5 thanks to an exciting competition being organised as part of this event.

The expo promises to be the largest event of its kind ever organised in Malta. Apart from exhibitors, the event has also generated a great deal of interest from people involved in building innovations, green technology specialists and interior designers.

"This BMW X5 costs €85,000 and all visitors will get a chance to win it," said Pierre Mizzi on behalf of the organisers, Duplex Real Estate Branding during the presentation. The car will be on display with the inflatable BMW Kids 4 Kids race track for young children to enjoy. All proceeds from the race track are in aid of the Eden and Razzett Foundation.

The expo is being set up by Duplex Real Estate Branding in collaboration with HSBC, the Malta Federation of Estate Agents (FEA), Malta Chamber of SMEs (GRTU), Chamber of Architects (KTP) and the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP).

More than 100 stands are expected to exhibit a wide range of properties, upscale interiors, latest construction technologies and related products and services.

Apart from the exhibits and a property auction, professional speakers will address various seminars. These include financial services specialists who will deal with issues for foreigners interested in buying property in Malta, as well as Maltese looking at property overseas.

The expo be held between February 27 and March 1 at the MFCC, Ta' Qali. More information is available at www.maltaproperty expo.com.
