Rare Figo goal helps Inter victory

Luis Figo scored his first goal of the season to help Serie A leaders Inter secure a 3-0 win at struggling Lecce today.

Inter's Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic slammed in the opener after 12 minutes before Figo and Dejan Stankovic headed in during the second half.

Champions Inter have a nine-point lead but second-placed Milan can cut it back to six with a home win over bottom side Reggina in today's late game.

Lecce had some decent opportunities to equalise at 1-0 but remain four points above the drop zone.
