AXISA. On February 5, at Mater Dei Hospital, PAULINE, of Zejtun, aged 94. Much loved mother and grandmother. She leaves to mourn her irreparable loss her only daughter Marina and her husband Joseph, her cherished grandchildren Cerise and Michel, besides other relatives and friends. A special hand postmark will be used on Wednesday at Maltapost's Victoria branch on the occasion of the 10th anniversary since the founding of the Gozo Tourism Association. The postmark is also available at Maltapost's Philatelic Bureau at 305, Qormi Street, Marsa.

Catechetical celebration

A catechetical celebration will be held in seven churches in Valletta on Sunday to mark the Pauline Year.

The celebrations will be held at Our Lady of Carmel church, the Jesuit church, St Dominic church, St Augustine church, Ta' Ġieżu church, St Francis church and St James church.

The first celebration will be held at 3 p.m. and will be repeated every three quarters of an hour until 6 p.m.

Archbishop Paul Cremona and Archbishop Emeritus Joseph Mercieca will preside over a liturgy of prayer at St Paul's Shipwreck church at 4.30 p.m., 5.15 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Books donation

Almost half of the Institute of Art and Design at the Malta College for Arts Science and Technology will benefit from over 40 specialised books donated to its library by HSBC. The books will cater for the students' daily needs, particularly those following courses in digital media and the care of art in museums.

The L'Isle Adam Band Club will be holding high tea and tombola on Tuesday at 3 p.m. at its premises in St Joseph Street, Rabat.
