If Gonezipn really wants to make the project and not simply to distract the peoples attention from the problems caused by the eu and the same Gonezipn, why didn't the government apply to do it?

@Lgalea, your comment shows that you still have not come to terms with the fact that PN took victory in the last election.
Your comments are amazingly intelligent when you dubbed the wind farm project as a distraction to people.
I am hoping that the PL distances itself from people like you. If not they might as well stay were they are for eternity.

Does one apply for a project this type when wind velocity tests to be carried over a minimum of six months, are not completed yet?
Is it not putting the cart before the horse?

This project is of huge national importance to the country if we want reduced electricity tariffs in the future. This is our priority so lets move it. I am sure the PM can push this application to go through faster.
