Policeman's condition improves
Police sergeant Malcolm Mifsud, who was injured in a road accident on Thursday, is no longer in intensive care. Justice Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici yesterday visited the traffic policeman at Mater Dei Hospital. The police sergeant crashed into a lamp-post after his service motorcycle skidded in Great Siege Street, Floriana. He was thrown off the bike on impact.

Thank God he's doing better. He still faces months and months of rehab and physical therapy. Here's for a total recovery.
