Intolerably loud music

When are the police going to take action about the intolerably loud karaoke and other music coming from pubs around Paceville that we residents have to endure every day from midnight to four and even five in the morning?

I have reported these offences to the St Julian's police various times but, once the police officers leave the site after checking for sound levels, the music starts again.

I wonder whether the permits issued to these establishments allow such high volumes of music to be played in residential areas.

I sincerely hope that measures are taken, as soon as possible, to ensure that pubs and bars have adequate soundproofing and that the relevant regulations regarding music are followed and for residents in the vicinity to live in peace.
