Coldwell Banker Malta network grows to five

Real estate network Coldwell Banker (CB) has expanded its reach in Malta with the opening of a new office in St Julian's. This brings to five the number of Coldwell Banker offices in Malta.

The new office was formerly SQL Real Estate Services, which has been rebranded as Coldwell Banker St Julian's, offering both property letting and property sales advisory services.

Established in September 2001 by Joseph Sullivan, the present shareholder and managing director, SQL - Selective Quality Letting - is a leading letting agency in Malta. Mr Sullivan, who is active in the day-to-day running of the office, comes from one of the largest family-run shipping agencies that is in Malta.

From there he learned the importance of giving quality professional service and has managed to incorporate his years of experience in the shipping sector, offering the real estate industry a service that is second to none.
