Anthony Cachia Castelletti's letter needs a little clarification. In his second paragraph he referred to the 2004 MEP election and stated: "Ms Ellul Bonici tried to contest the MEP elections in 2004 on the Labour ticket but had her bid turned down by the party's vigilance board".

May I inform Mr Cachia Castelletti and the readers that in fact Ms Ellul Bonici not only won the case in front of the party's vigilance board but was also on the party list.
