GlobalCapital has appointed Joanna Varrazzo as Group Head of

Customer Service with responsibility for managing GlobalCapital's customer service department, the call centre and the telemarketing department.

Ms Varrazzo has vast experience in the telemarketing and customer service areas. Formerly employed at GO, Melita Cable (now Melita) and Global Group, she was responsible for managing telemarketing personnel and later took on a managerial role as call centre coordinator.

Ms. Varrazzo said: "I am delighted to re-join the GlobalCapital team. I will continue to work with the management team to attain levels of best practices through efficiency and professionalism."
