A Maltese delegation headed by President Eddie Fenech Adami leaves for Poland on Sunday, just over a week after the first Maltese resident Ambassador presented his diplomatic credentials.

The delegation will include a number of industrialists and businessmen.

During the presentation of credentials by Ambassador Gaetan Naudi last Friday, President Lech Kaczynski said he was pleased that the largest and smallest of the 10 countries that joined the EU in May 2004 enjoyed such close relations.
