What is going on at Maltapost? Letters addressed to me from an institution I frequent are not delivered. Also, I received a letter addressed to someone with another name and who resides in a different street. A police magazine which I regularly receive was delivered to another residence with a different name and in a different street. The person who resides there phoned me and informed me that he is to post it again. So far and although several days have elapsed I am still missing my magazine.

I e-mailed Customer Care at Maltapost who only acknowledged and told me the case is being investigated. Several days have passed and I still have not received a reply. I tried to contact the person in charge of Customer Care again but to no avail. Can Maltapost explain what is happening?
