Ronaldo unhurt after car crash

Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo escaped unhurt yesterday after his sportscar hit a roadside barrier .
"No one was injured in the collision," Great Manchester Police said in a statement after the Portugal international's Ferrari crashed in a tunnel near Manchester airport. Ronaldo, who helped United win the Premier League and Champions League titles last year, won the 2008 Ballon D'Or.
