The Nationalist Party has set up a school in Gozo to encourage active participation in politics particularly among the young.
The school, named after Gozitan party founder Fortunato Mizzi, will be inaugurated on January 31 by Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi.
President Emeritus Guido De Marco will deliver an inaugural lecture on the roles of a political leader at the University Gozo Centre.
Other lectures will be held on the last Saturday of each month.

The closing date for applications is January 21.
