'Delirious' sixth formers

Lasallian Nights, the yearly soirée organised by the De La Salle Sixth Form Students' Council, is back with a showcase of talent on the school's stage under the theme Delirious.

The organisers have done away with the hosts' conventional frilly ball gowns and clichéd lines and replaced them with more entertaining characters in a show they say will dazzle the audience.

Be prepared to embark on a journey to meet the legendary Freddie Mercury, board Hans Zimmer's fascinating Black Pearl, experience the fervour of the students' tribal band and watch the hilarious impersonations of local figures. Technology and art will come together for a fusion of dancing, singing and comedy.

This show is possible thanks to the school's administration, especially the school director, sixth form headmaster, staff and the rest of the Lasallian Community.

It will be held De La Salle College, Cottonera, on January 16 and 17 at 7 p.m., and January 18 at 6 p.m. For more information and ticket reservations visit the official website www.ln09.org.mt.
