Flyaway Tours: Transfers from Gozo
When reading Stephen Gauci's letter about Pricing of Air Malta Flyaway Tours (January 3), one understands that Air Malta cannot quote Flyaway Tours Packages prices in their brochure "all inclusive" since they are so flexible.
However, there is one thing which baffles me in the Air Malta Flyaway Brochure. On page 3 of both in the Summer 2008 and in the Winter 2008/9 brochures there is a clause which says "For just €28 per car (maximum three passengers) your Flyaway Tour package can also include your private transfer from your home to airport and return". In summer this did not apply to residents of Gozo. Gozo residents could not avail themselves of this transport, not even from Ċirkewwa as clearly indicated on many pages of the summer brochure. Now, "except Ċirkewwa" has been dropped from the note on the Winter 2008/9 brochure individual pages where this return airport transfer from one's residence in Malta is mentioned.
Does this mean that Gozo residents can now at least use this Air Malta airport transfer from and to Ċirkewwa let alone their residence? Thank you.
