Making children happy in Christmas

On behalf of Central Office Ejjew Għandi (Children's Homes), I would like to thank all those who gave a helping hand and made many children happy during the Christmas season. We are very sorry not to have accepted all the invitations we received because that would have been almost next to impossible. But we would be happy to accept such invitations during the year.

I also thank the public for their kind generosity and support during the Families in Need Campaign (RTK Radio) and l-Istrina 2008 (PBS, Net and Super One Television). A big thank you goes to all those who volunteered in the organisation of these campaigns and to the many companies and individuals who have contributed financially so that the Church in Malta can continue to care and protect children, sometimes in the company of their mothers, in our residential homes, child-day care centres and shelters for victims of domestic violence.

The Almighty Father in Heaven will never forget what you all have done to the least of His sons and daughters in need. We promise you our daily prayers.
