As a resident of St Julians I must complain about the ridiculous happenings in the road where Ryan's Irish pub is situated. This pub has been turned into a club. Music blasts out till the early hours of the morning. This is a residential area and not a street in Paceville. Why is the law not being enforced? Bottles and glass containers are taken out of this pub and repeatedly found broken outside, not to mention the numerous fights that occur in this road.

I hope the authorities take action immediately.
