CASSAR. On December 23, IGNATIUS (Ian) proprietor of Cassar motoring school, aged 51, of Marsa, passed away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his sister Carmen and her husband Emanuel, his brother Reuben and his wife Maria, his nephews and nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital on Friday at 8 a.m. for the Holy Trinity church, Marsa, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi, will be appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

FORMOSA-HOLT. On December 20, PAULINE, aged 84, passed away peacefully at home. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Charlotte, son-in-law David Carrington, grandson James and his wife Juliet, granddaughter Philippa, brother Joe Zerafa and his wife Elizabeth, sister Nellie Sammut and many relatives and friends. The funeral Mass will be held at Sannat parish church, Gozo, on December 27 at 3.30 p.m., followed by private interment. The family request no flowers, please, but donations to the Malta Hospice Movement, Balzan.

HABER. We announce the passing into eternal life of ANTON (ex-MUSEUM co-operator) of Xewkija, Gozo, residing at Paola, aged 76. Sharing his life were his wife Mary, his children Miriam, Jane and her husband Noel and Joseph and his wife Marianne, his grandchildren Victoria, Michael, John, Karen and David, his sisters Salvina, Benna and Kitty, other relatives and friends. The funeral Mass will be said today at 2.30 p.m. at Our Lady of Victories Collegiate Basilica (Maria Bambina), Senglea. It is desired that instead of flowers, donations will be made to the MUSEUM Society towards the funding of their foreign missions. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

ZAHRA. MARIO was born to eternal life in the Risen Lord on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the age of 52. He will always be loved and cherished by his wife Lorraine, children Matthew, Adriana, David, James, Krystina, Simon and partners, his mother Josephine, brothers, sisters and in-laws, relatives and friends. Mass will be celebrated at St Helen's parish church, Birkirkara today, Wednesday, at 1.30 p.m. followed by interment at Ta' Braxia Cemetery, Pieta`. God bless us all

Requiem Masses
