Following the success of Your Second Home, Set Ltd launched its first foreign property exhibition in Malta on December 10 at the Grand Hotel Excelsior. The exhibition presented the latest property projects by leading developers and real estate agencies, namely Emka International, Belair, Dhalia, Coldwell Banker, Go Sicily and Regus.

The aim of the exhibition was to create awareness among local business individuals about available property developments being planned or launched by ex-hibitors.

In terms of property ownership Malta ranks as one of the most advanced countries in Europe. This in turn is leading to an increased willingness by local investors to consider foreign property as an option.

As a result of serious interest in such long-term investments, Set decided to create an excellent environment for some of the leading property developers in Malta through the expo. The expo's hospitality partner was Grand Hotel Excelsior whose management provided sumptuous finger food, while Camilleri Wines offered a selection of fine wines and refreshments throughout the evening.
