Arkadia turns 10
Arkadia in Victoria, one of Gozo's favourite malls, is 10 years old. Run by the Mizzi Organisation, it was a success from inception, hosting favourite high street brands and haunts.
The company says the project has "done equally well" from a business persepetive, growing to develop clothing and accessories franchises in Malta and building the popular Arkadia Foodstore brand both in Gozo and at Portomaso.
Arkadia is also one of Gozo's major employers with over 230 in-house staff with countless other jobs created indirectly for many of the local industries Managing director Brian Mizzi said: "We recently launched our new, fresher image aimed at continuing to develop the Arkadia brand and to strengthen it within the market. We will be delivering more choice, value and quality in the same way that we have always aimed to satisfy our customers' expectations over the years."

@Revel Barker, come on my friend lets not have any wise guy's cracks and negative response to the column above, Arkadia happens to be one if not the Best store to shop in Gozo and beats most other stores in malta as far as choice is concerned, prices and most of all the friendliness of the staff starting from the management and the cheerful friendly staff. Please note we do not work for Arkadia, we do not owe any shares (unfortunately) but we shop there for one reason only and that is a Positive attitude my friend...*We wish all the management and All the people that work for Arkadia in Victoria a Very Happy Christmas and a Prosperous New Year for 2009.
