France's Prime Minister François Fillon (right) stands next to 2008 rallying champion Sebastien Loeb after a ride in the gardens of Hotel Matignon in Paris yesterday. Earlier this month, Loeb won the season-ending Wales Rally GB to hand Citroen the manufacturers' title and become the first driver to triumph 11 times in a single year.
