Gżira kiosk is legal

The report Owners Insist They Have Valid Licence For Removed Kiosk, which appeared on December 6, carried the wrong picture. The kiosk that featured in the picture, taken at The Strand, in Gżira, is perfectly legal and has not been removed. The error is regretted.

Now that we know this particular Kiosk is legal. Can someone from the government tell me if the HOOKERS in Gzira are legal. Can someone remove the HOOKERS from Gzira as they don't have a permit.
