Internet down for several days

For the fifth consecutive day I have been calling Melita to resolve my internet connection problems, however they seem reluctant to help me. All the representatives keep assuring me that the problem is from their end and I have nothing to worry about,...

For the fifth consecutive day I have been calling Melita to resolve my internet connection problems, however they seem reluctant to help me.

All the representatives keep assuring me that the problem is from their end and I have nothing to worry about, however they seem to be doing nothing to solve this issue. At one time the girl who answered tried to console me by telling me that I wasn't the only one having problems, that even my neighbours were in my same situation. Another girl told me that my internet connection was intermittent and fluctuating but they could do nothing about it. After five days I am still having problems. How's that for customer service?

I would assume that being the company with one of the most expensive rates I would at least get what I pay for. This week Melita were promoting their new mobile service but I think they would do better to fix the services they currently offer before embarking on new projects.
