Draining services tariff in 2009
Infrastructure Minister Austin Gatt confirmed in Parliament that the drainage services tariff would be introduced by the end of 2009. He was answering a parliamentary question by Charles Buhagiar (PL).

Dear Dr Austin Gatt, Kindly note that my family friends and I cannot afford all these taxes. Please listen to us. We cannot afford the introduction of new taxes.

There is not mistake in the title.
The title speaks the truth.
The sewage tax will be draining our pockets of our hard earned money or rather what's left of it after paying all the exorbitant taxes, tariffs and contributions which conscienceless Gonzipn has imposed upon us.
