Diplomatic relations established between Malta and Niger
Diplomatic relations have been established between Malta and the Republic of Niger.
The protocol establishing Relations was signed by Saviour F. Borg, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary and permanent representative of Malta to the United Nations, and by Aboubacar Ibrahim Abani, ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary and permanent representative of the Republic of Niger to the United Nations.
Following the signing of the protocol, the two ambassadors exchanged views about the role their two countries played at the United Nations and at the regional context.
The two ambassadors agreed to work closer together in advancing the new relationship.

Repatriation is a must.
But it must also be given maximum publicity. All those on the Libyan coast, waiting to cross the stretch of water, should know that if they land in Malta there is a strong probability of their being sent back southward - and not just of escaping northwards.

I agree with you. The new relation should be built by returning back their people. And give Malta back to the Maltese

So there should now be no problem in repatriating illegal immigrants from Niger.
