The Gozo Tourism Association will be holding the Premju Ħaddiem tas-sena fit-Turiżmu Għawdex 2008 award ceremony on Friday.

This will be an annual award bestowed to a worker in the tourism sector in Gozo who distinguishes himself.

It will also be a means of recognition towards all the workers in this vital industry.

The adjudicating board is chaired by Judge Victor Caruana Colombo. The award will be presented during a special event to be held at Palazzo Palina, Ta' Ċenċ, Sannat, at 7 p.m.
