The Leone Philharmonic Society is putting on a Christmas show at the Aurora Theatre in Victoria on December 20 at 8 p.m.
Inspired by the popular British version of the Royal Christmas Variety, the show will feature the Leone Band under the direction of Colin Attard together with a 50-strong choir led by Matthew Sultana.
The production is a festival of sound and light. The procession with Baby Jesus, the boy's sermon and Christmas cuisine are some of the highlights of the 90-minute show (plus a 20-minute interval) which will also include seasonal tunes from the world of pop music, interpreted by the band, the choir and junior singers.
A nominal fee of €5 will be charged. Tickets can be booked and collected from the theatre booking office or at the door.
