The great songs of Ira Losco
I was overwhelmed to see Ira Losco and her band win the award for Best Album 2008 for Fortune Teller at the Malta Music Awards last Saturday at the MFCC. Fortune Teller was launched in the summer and just a few months later the award shows what a phenomenal album it is.
Being a huge fan of Ira and the band I am extremely happy with their great success. Her new song called Shoulders of Giants, released from the same album, is a mellow song that will warm anyone's heart.

Anyway, I digress - I'll need to look up Ms. Spiteri! Feel I've been living under a rock!!! The e-commerce site for Ira Losco's down atm which is really bad as Christmas is round the corner. Is Fortune Teller worth getting? Was wondering whether I should introduce her to my friends!

@MikedNite., i see you too like Sharlene Spiteri,she is absolutly brilliant and a fantastic lead singer with the band Texas (not texes) however thats what i call real singing talent and having a Maltese father well what do you expect, we got it all in Malta plenty of potential talent we just need more foreign scots to take note and expand our talent overseas and sign up for record labels. Incidently Sharlene is featured on U-tube and also on http://www.plantinum-celebs.com/sharlene-spiteri/biography.php. i just love her music and the whole band which actually are Scottish based i believe.By the way its Ira Losco and not Lasco! good listening.

@M.Zarb-Hi ! I is see you live in Scotland i am originally from Montrose of maltese ancestors, however try the new Album by Sharleen Spiteri lead singer of the band Texes*, she is also of maltese descent and she is fantastic, i don't know about Ira Lasco but Sharlene is tops in my books, just a thought. since you live in a beautiful place such as Scotland the Brave.

I live in Scotland and would love to buy Fortune Teller- however, I can't seem to find any online shopping site for it. Does anyone have any idea of where I can get this would-be gem?
