Children will now be able to learn about their rights and how to use the internet safely through a new game available online at www.wildwebwoods.org.

The game, originally developed by the Council of Europe, has been translated into Maltese. Wild Web Woods takes children on a journey through the woods to E-City, and on the way gives them important tips about internet safety and children's rights.

The game was launched last week by the Foundation for Social Welfare Services together with two educational interactive CDs, one of them focused on empowering children and the other a resource pack for home economics teachers.
