• The Richmond Foundation is organising its next self-help group meeting at No.16, Antonio Agius Street, Floriana, on Wednesday at 5.30 p.m. Self-help group meetings are held every month for those experiencing mental health difficulties to offer support and encouragement.

• The Stitch In Time Club is holding a cross stitch event at the Catholic Institute in Floriana on Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Members of the public may see cross stitchers at work and participate in a number of workshops. There will also be a Christmas themed cross stitch exhibition and a lottery. Entrance is free. Any donations will be in aid of the Richmond Foundation.

• As part of its 'For Diversity. Against Discrimination' campaign, the Centre for Faith and Justice is holding a video forum entitled 'Islam, Christianity, working together for the common good' at St Aloysius' College Sixth Form hall, Birkirkara, on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m., during which the DVD The Imam and the Pastor will be screened, followed by a panel discussion led by Imam El Sadi and Fr Luciano Borg.
