Amputee group set up
A group of amputees and their relatives recently met at Razzett tal-Ħbiberija to set up an association and support group for amputees.
The group will provide information and education on various aspects related to this condition and give advice to amputees.
A presentation outlining the aims of the association was given during the meeting. This was followed by a discussion.
The meetings will take place every month. Those interested in attending the next meeting in December should 9946 7226 or e-mail amyz@maltanet.net. Transport will be provided.
