Atlas launches online excess payment facility

Atlas Insurance has launched a service on its portal www.atlas.com.mt, enabling clients to pay insurance claim excess online.

All necessary details in the appropriate section of the website are gathered in two straightforward and user-friendly steps paying by credit card through a secure transaction.

Confirmation of data submitted is automatically sent to the client by e-mail.

An Atlas customer care representative will then contact the client with an update on the claim.

"This new service adds to Atlas' commitment to broaden its web presence, continuing Atlas' drive to provide more and more online services to increase client convenience," marketing manager Jackie Attard Montalto said.

Other Atlas online services include travel insurance and quotes for home, health and boat insurance.
