The government will shortly be publishing its preliminary plans for a reform of scheduled public transport.

Answering a parliamentary question by Noel Farrugia (MLP), Transport Minister Austin Gatt said the project for the construction of a new bus terminus outside Valletta was being reviewed while the government was studying the public transform report.

The reform must include changes in the present scope of the Valletta bus terminus, he said.
