Libel suit against Malta Today
An article in Malta Today on Wednesday entitled “Malta’s €25 million tuna claim under investigation” led to a libel suit being filed this morning by Mare Blu Tuna Farm Ltd, Ta’ Mattew Tuna Farm Ltd, Fish & Fish Ltd, Malta Fishfarming Ltd and AJD tuna.
The five companies claimed that the article was libellous and contained false allegations.
