Westin olive picking
Head of department and managers handpicked olives at the Sunken Garden, Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian's. The olives were taken to the Monte Kristo estates for pressing where the group learned about olive production. Later, they were hosted to lunch. Fresh pressed oil on Maltese ftajjar was served.
