Two men charged with theft

Alfred Bugeja, known as il-Porporina, and Clive Agius this morning pleaded not guilty to thefts from a van and from a store to the detriment of Alfred Cuschieri.

They were also accused of relapsing. Mr Bugeja is currently receiving psychiatric treatment at Mount Carmel Hospital.

some people never learn. relapsers should be dealt with heavily and not afforded to by pass justice by playing insane
