Impeccably treated

On Wednesday my wife and I were involved in a car accident in Msida in which we were hit in the back of the car due to a multi-car collision.

I write in order to thank the police and the ambulance crew who arrived on the spot in no time at all. The service provided by both, in the way they tended to our instant needs, was impeccable.

The police spoke to us and looked after our urgent needs in the most cordial of ways. Meanwhile, my wife and I, suffering from whip lash to our necks, were seen to by the efficient ambulance crew, dashed off to the emergency unit at Mater Dei Hospital and seen to in a fast and coordinated pace.

The staff at the emergency ward was, in all kinds of ways, highly professional and more so, competent, and for this both my wife and I are truly grateful.
