The Tabloid, the newly-opened restaurant at The Palace, in Sliema, promises to offer that something extra: a refreshing combination of contemporary interiors and traditional quality service, a hotel spokesman says.

Stepping into The Tabloid restaurant one instantly appreciates the original contemporary décor and the spacious layout accommodating up to 150 seated diners, apart from the al fresco tables on the sun-drenched terrace, the spokesman adds. With its contrasting hues of subdued greys and crisp, cool lime green details in the morning transform into warm red tones in the evening. "The Tabloid offers a fresh alternative to the traditional concept of restaurant décor," the spokesman says.

Open daily for dinners and Sunday lunches, The Tabloid's Mediterranean menu matches the décor in its direct approach to quality service and dining.
