Five seminarians to be instituted as acolytes
The five seminarians with Archbishop Paul Cremona.
Archbishop Paul Cremona will institute five seminarians as acolytes during a ceremony at St Sebastian parish church, Qormi, on Friday.
As acolytes they will assist priests and deacons in their ministry and distribute the Eucharist.
The new acolytes are Noel Borg from St Helen parish, Birkirkara; Marc-Andre Camilleri from Lija; Mark Ellul from St Sebastian parish, Qormi; Stefan Galea from Naxxar; and Emmanuel Schembri from Christ the King parish, Paola.
