Don't you know any Maltese people who are genetically African but culturally Maltese? Are you saying that all those babies who have been adopted by Maltese nationals cannot or shouldn't run for office because of their skin colour? Are you including the Asian and South American babies as well? How about all the children born of mixed marriages? What makes you believe that skin colour is going to guarantee that a person has your values and expectations?

NO!! I want a Maltese person with my own values and expectations to be the Prime Minister of Malta not an African, they have their own continent which I have to say is not a small one plus it's one of the richest.

You are asking Europeans not Americans? Right? The answer of your specific question is a BIG NO (Surveys across Europe, including Malta proves this)
Would Europeans countries give TAX PAYERS OF LEGAL BLACK AFRICAN MUSLIMS immigrants full political rights, including the right to contest? Here, the democratic deficit in Europe is crystal clear. This is the question that keeps Europe many decades backward in terms of immigration!

I would hope that people look beyond skin colour and scrutinise a person's beliefs before voting for him/her!
