Nestlé Malta hosts Les Mills workshop

The Malta Exercise Health and Fitness Association (MEHFA), in collaboration with Nestlé Fitness, hosted the first workshop in Malta by world renowned fitness group Les Mills at the San Antonio Hotel and Spa in Bugibba. Equipment was provided by Tip Top.

Classes and workshops were open to the public and instructors. The Malta Sports Council also sent a number of its own fitness coaches to for the benefit of their professional development.

The Les Mills weekend hosted various classes, including a Body Vive class targeting families, which is beneficial for children and adults alike. Classes were conducted by Les Mills Italia head trainers Giorgio Trappolini and Giovanna Camuffo. The owners of the Les Mills franchise in Italy, Roberto Coda Zabbetta and Gabriel Brasher, were also present.

A Nestlé representative said: "Les Mills is changing the way the world thinks about fitness. It has introduced a unique concept for those who want to lead an active lifestyle in an effective way and within an entertaining environment.

An MEHFA representative said the association is working hard towards continuous professional development of all instructors in Malta.
