Refuse truck driver dies in crash
A refuse truck driver died this morning following a collision at Salina.
The driver, a 40-year-old from Zebbug, appeared to have lost control of his truck, which crashed into two parked cars and then a rubble wall, the police said. The driver died on the spot.
Magistrate Antonio Mizzi is holding an inquiry. An autopsy will determine the cause of death.
