Puttinu Cares for Children receives donation

Daniel Abela recently rowed his boat from Pozzallo, Sicily, to Valletta Waterfront to raise money for the Puttinu Children's Cancer Foundation and Beyond the Moon programme. The sum of €91,533 was raised thanks to the Vodafone Malta Foundation, the public and other businesses. A cheque was presented by Vodafone Malta chairman Gemma Mifsud Bonnici (second from left) and Mr Abela (second right) to Sandra Chetcuti, Beyond the Moon, and Dr Victor Calvagna, Puttinu Cares.
