Customer Service Week at Westin
A week full of fun and activities for all associates was organised at the Westin Dragonara Resort last month to celebrate Customer Service Week.
The aim was to show appreciation to associates for the excellent service they deliver to guests throughout the year. The slogan for this year was 'One Team, One Journey'.
Activities included a Sudoku championship, a tennis tournament, basketball games and also a quiz relating to the history of the Westin Dragonara Resort.
Each department also gave a fresh look to the office. The winners were all rewarded during the communications meeting that the hotel management organises on a quarterly basis.
The associate's canteen also offered a varied menu on each day of the week, ranging from Maltese to Oriental and from pizza to pasta dishes. The week came to an end on Friday evening where after a meeting with all associates, General Manager Michael Kamsky accompanied all associates to a buffet.
The 'One Team, One Journey' slogan is applied at all Starwood Hotels and Resorts worldwide to continually emphasise the importance of associates in each and every property.
