Free Wi-Fi at Malta International Airport
Malta International Airport is offering free high speed wireless broadband internet throughout its terminal. Commuters may access Wi-Fi from their laptops, personal digital assistants and mobile phones in the terminal.
The concept behind the offer is to provide free internet supported by advertisements in video and audio formats. To use the service, commuters may connect to the Wi-Fi signal from a laptop or mobile phone and view sponsors' brief adverts before logging on.

About time.. Abroad even a DIY store has WiFi, In Malta you have to pay or ask to be connected as if in this time and age there aren't ways and means to block/filter certain things.
