OASI Youth of the Year Award

This year's Youth of the Year Award presentation by the OASI Foundation will take place at the Kempinski Hotel in San Lawrenz on November 22 at 6.45 p.m.

Nine candidates from various voluntary organisations in Malta and Gozo, who distinguished themselves through their voluntary services for the good of others, are eligible for the award.

The ceremony will be under the patronage of President Eddie Fenech Adami. Noel Attard, general manager of the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz, said that the hotel's management was proud to host this event.

"We admire the amount of voluntary work that is being done by young people which, some-times, goes unnoticed by the community."

A fundraising dinner is being organised by OASI on December 12, also at the Kempinski.
