Record launch by Allied Publications at Book Fair

Allied Publications will be launching five books during the Book Fair taking place at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta, between Wednesday and Sunday.

Through its distribution company Allied Retail and Commercial, Allied Publications will be launching Cross-Currents, Critical Essays on Art and Culture in Malta by Raphael Vella, Jasmine Blossoms for All Time by Rose Marie Caruana, Habitat, Malta's Natural Heritage by Paul Portelli, Recollections of a Malta HAA Funner by Maurice Agius and Castille Behind the Scenes by Henry Coppini.

The publisher said this constitutes a record number of books being launched by any company during the fair. This symbolises the growth of the publishing house, it said.
