The November issue of FM out with this Sunday Times confirms why the magazine is a must-read for the fashion and lifestyle conscious.

This month FM reports from the London Fashion Week and previews what's hot and what's not for spring/summer 2009.

FM is also present at the John Rocha, Vivienne Westwood and Osman Yousefzada shows and bags the front row at what turns out to be an eclectic mix of established and up-and-coming design.

This month's issue also takes into account the current credit crunch and comes up with a budget-conscious shopping list for the party season that is round the corner - it's cocktail dresses galore, rich in texture but which won't leave you hovering dangerously near the poverty line.

FM also presents a funky, punk-inspired fashion shoot and takes to the streets to see what the young guns are wearing.

But it's not just fashion. FM goes underground for a sneak peek at Malta's swinging community; argues in favour and against plastic surgery; and denounces modern forms of slavery.
